I can’t believe it’s already been 6 years since starting my coaching and functional medicine practice! It’s been an honor getting to serve so many amazing clients and bring women knowledge about themselves and their bodies that isn’t often shared in the medical industry.

This week, I’m reflecting on the core 6 things I’ve learned since starting my business. We’re going back to the basics and reviewing some of the simplest things you can focus on today to improve your health and build a solid foundation to start taking care of yourself a little better.

It’s often the simplest things that are so easily overlooked, so it’s important to go back and review some of the root causes and root solutions of any dis-ease or pain within the body.
