PCOS affects 1 in 10 women in childbearing years and is linked to very serious additional conditions. Half the population of people with PCOS will develop diabetes before age 40, they are at high risk of high blood pressure, unhealthy cholesterol, sleep apnea, depression, anxiety, infertility, obesity and endometrial cancer. 

People with PCOS are often told by their physician’s to JUST lose weight, go on birth control and take antidepressants, but we know that diet and lifestyle is a great way to manage PCOS and the host of accompanying metabolic issues that stem from it.
