Tara Laferrara is inspired by movement and fun. With her innovative workouts and drive to create working out more fun for others, she brings her personality to her passion of fitness. She started her journey to group and personal fitness training as a track athlete in high school and at the collegiate level.
Since then, she has acquired certifications with the National Academy of Sports Medicine including CPT and CES plus a 200 hour yoga teacher training, kettlebell, mobility, and olympic weightlifting level 1 certifications.
