Linda Vazin has been in the wellness industry for the past 35 years. First working with clients on a physical level using fascia release and yoga (clients included Navy Seals, Olympic athletes and private clients).
After a few years, Linda began to realize how physical and emotional pain were so closely related. She went on to study life coaching with Debbie Ford, different breath modalities (yogic and dynamic), and meditation to support her clients in releasing old patterns in their body and mind and developing new habits to create inner peace.
