We live in a society that doesn’t place a lot of stock in learning how to love ourselves or what that could mean for our physical bodies & the other people in our lives. With the pandemic still affecting most women around the world, I’ve seen an uptick with women in my community experiencing a lack of self-love and self-compassion. It has been replaced with feelings of worry, fear, guilt and a lot of “should have’s”.
